HOT FLASHES

Key Points:

·          There are natural effective solutions for treating hot flashes.

·          This Office has been successfully treating hot flashes for over 25 years.

There are natural effective solutions for treating hot flashes.  Hot flashes occur when hormonal shifts cause the cessation of both the reproductive phase and a woman’s menstrual cycle.  In some women, the body is less able to accommodate these hormonal shifts.  This causes side effects, such as sweating during the day and night, fatigue, insomnia, and shifting of moods.

The first step in my treatment of hot flashes is to correct additional stresses from any structural osseous and muscular misalignments.  This serves as the foundation for any future treatment.  Chiropractic Manipulative Reflex Therapy is the approach used to realign any imbalances in the organs.  This system uses the reflexes of the body to lessen any organic stress to the body and improves the overall functioning of the body.  The next step is to bring about hormonal balance by incorporating other multiple approaches depending on the needs of each individual.

For example, along with correcting any structural imbalances, homeopathic remedies, supplements, and herbs are effectively used to balance the hormones shifts of a woman going through menopause.  In some women, the balance can occur quite rapidly, while others might take longer.  The most important factor to keep in mind is the goal of helping the body to balance itself by using natural means.  The body is going through a natural process of shifting from the reproductive to non-reproductive phrase.  Hormonal changes are the key catalyst in this process.

Taking external estrogen, either by patches, suppositories, or pills actually causes additional hormonal unbalance in a woman’s body.  The idea behind this therapy is to supply “what is missing.”  But, supplying what is missing actually works against nature and the natural cycle of a woman’s body.  This external unnatural process of flooding the body with a very potent hormone overly and artificially stimulates the body, which in turn for some women leads to cancer, a very undesirable outcome, and other side effects.
